To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please note:

A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment online with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment are not allowed. In such cases:

– Your booking fee will be automatically forfeited
– Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 100% charge (minus any booking fee already paid)

A 5-10 minute grace period is provided. After this time, your appointment will be considered missed and full charges will apply. If you are running late, you must contact us as soon as possible before you appointment commences to confirm whether we are able to carry out your treatment within a reduced time frame.

We operate a strict no plus-one policy. Guests and under-18s are not permitted on the premises. Please do not contact us via social media platforms, as these are not monitored regularly. Thank you for your understanding.

On arrival, we kindly ask that you arrive just a few minutes before your appointment time.

Please note: our front door remains locked during treatments, and we are unable to leave clients to let others in early. If you arrive ahead of time, you may need to wait outside until your practitioner is ready to welcome you.
