I had a really lovely experience with Danielle. As Polish is my first language, I was worried I might not understand everything, but she was so kind and patient with me.
She used a translator to make sure I understood all the information before my treatment and all the aftercare instructions. She really went out of her way to make sure we could communicate and that I felt comfortable throughout. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I understood everything properly.
I really appreciated how caring and attentive she was. It made such a difference to feel so well looked after.

I recently had my first of four microneedling sessions at Lumiere Aesthetics, and it was a genuinely wonderful experience. I had explained beforehand that I sometimes need a little extra time to process information in new situations. The practitioner was incredibly kind, reassuring, and completely understanding. There was absolutely no pressure to rush into other treatments before I was ready; she fully supported my decision to take things slowly and start with what I felt most comfortable with. The microneedling procedure itself went really well. I felt fully informed and at ease the entire time. I have been coming to Lumiere for around 3 years. Danielle always provides the best service and products. I love her honesty and advice, she will always advise with a budget in mind and I hugely value her opinion. Even though it is now further for me to travel, I still go to her for my treatments because I trust her wholeheartedly. On Monday I had Alluzience Botox treatment, when due for my review and top up she reminded me that I can book in Ely which is a shorter journey - this shows her commitment and personable approach to her clients .
